The theme of this blog hop is "Bountiful Borders" with 2 requirements
1. Create any project, using a tool, electronic or manual, to create a decorative edge on at least one side of the project.
2. 50% of the product used on your project or in my case projects needed to be purchased from Crop Chocolate.

So I decided to use my Silhouette SD to create some projects.

My first project was using the ATC's from the Winter ATC Swap on Crop Chocolate.

Here is the piece without the frame, the background paper is Fancy Pants - Winterland, the wave border was cut from a corresponding piece of Winterland paper. I inked the edges of the border pieces with TH Aged Mahagony ink.

The border from the Silhouette store is the 4-piece Wave border, it runs along the right side and bottom of the frame.

Here is the framed piece.

I really like how it turned out, but most importantly, I wanted to show this piece to spotlight the wonderful ATC's that I received during this swap.

I also made a couple of cards using borders from the Silhouette store.

This first card is using Trinity's Sincerely Collection. I attempted to make a Cala Lily using the paper - the leaf border was cut with my Silhouette. I'm still thinking it needs something, so I may add some Mystic Green Stickle to the leaves.

Here it is with the added Stickles.

The last card is another simple card using a duplicate border cut - one in blue and one in pink, using one of my favorite lines Echo Park's Springtime, the brads are from MME's Lush line and the flowers are from my stash.

This needed something as well - so out came the Stickles, this time Baby Blue and Icicle.

I think it adds just enough sparkle.

The next few weeks will be very busy with decorations to be made for upcoming birthday parties, a gender party and a long weekend to Monterey, CA. I'm also doing a bunch of the swaps at Crop Chocolate, the Birthday/Mother's Day Card Swap, the Anything Goes ATC Swap and the Puzzle Swap, I like to keep busy.

Thanks for stopping by, don't forget to leave a comment on all of the blogs you visit to be entered to win some sweet "Blog Candy"
The next blog on the hop is pollyzas, make sure you stop by and say Hi.

Before you go, I just wanted to post a picture of one of my fur-babies.  This is Pippi Longstocking, she's the most cooperative when it comes to sitting for the photographer (mom) of the 3.

Keep Dreamin'

  38. Thanks, Lisa, for showing what you did with the ATC's. I have some swap items from friends that I know I don't have anything to use them on but want to keep them because of the beautiful work and people that created them. A page displaying the toss/swaps would be great to have.
